Visit Pushkar Fair from 13 - 21 November 2010 in Pushkar Rajasthan

About the Pushkar Fair: This is considered as the world's largest and biggest camel fair organized in the small town of Pushkar just 11 Kms West of Ajmer Disttrict of Rajasthan India. Pushkar is a small town, normaly you will not find any crowd there but during this mega Cattle Fair this small village turn into a huge crowded destination.

Attractions of Pushkar: Pushkar is known to have one and only Brahma (The creator of the universe) Temple in the entire Universe. The Pushkar lake is also one of the sacred lake in  which hundreds and thousands of devotee take dip in the Pushkar Lake as the ritual to begin. Apart from the Brahma Temple there are about 400 more temples that one can visit while in Pushkar.

In addition to the sacred sights, the Pushkar Fair is said to be the home of tens and hundreds of Cultural activities like, Camel Race, Rajasthani Dance and Music show, Biggest mustache competition etc. Colorful shops and traditionally dressed people of Rajasthan are also worth seeing.

How to Reach Pushkar: 
By Air: The Nearest Airport is Jaipur about 150 Kilometers from Pushkar. Jaipur is well connected from all major cities of India like, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Goa etc. After reaching Jaipur one can easily reach Pushkar By Road.
By Road: The nearest Major Bus Stand from Pushkar is Ajmer just 11 Kilometers from it. There are regular bus service from Ajmer to Pushkar evert 10-15 minutes.
By Rail: The nearest Railway Station is Ajmer. From Ajmer regular bus service or Private Taxi can be taken to reach Pushkar.
